Woman tackled, punched in Glen Park robbery

A 53-year-old woman was brutally attacked and robbed by two goons in Glen Park on Tuesday, cops said.

The victim was walking in the 100 block of Brompton Avenue around 9:45 p.m. when she was tackled by two goons, described by police as men in their 20s.

One of the thugs punched her in the face and took her purse, wallet, keys, cellphone and cash, police said. The hoodlums fled in a red four-door vehicle.

The victim sustained scratches to her knuckles and face and a chipped tooth, cops said. She refused medical treatment, however. No arrests have been made.
