Winning lottery ticket sold in San Francisco

A winning California Lottery ticket worth nearly half a million dollars was sold in San Francisco.

There was not a winner for the MEGA Millions jackpot on Tuesday night, but a ticket sold at Gum Wing Lee in San Francisco, located at 903 Stockton St., matched five numbers – 45, 23, 10, 39 and 41, according to the California Lottery. The ticket missed just the Mega number, 15.

Matching the five numbers makes the ticket worth $467,776.

Since there was no winner for the MEGA millions jackpot, the new sum available to a winner is $72 million in the Friday drawing.
