My former colleagues at the Heritage Foundation have produced a superb mini-documentary on the basic choice in education - should schools be controlled at the local level and by parents, or by bureaucrats in Washington, D.C.?
The mini-doc features interviews with Texas Gov. Rick Perry and South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, plus Gerald Robinson and Patricia Wright of the Virginia education system, as well as with teachers, education bloggers and a Heritage expert on education issues.
