When asked by Rachel Maddow last night whether the picture was his, Weiner answered "I'll leave it to your viewers to make that determination."
Weiner apologized for having been "a little stiff" in his handling of the situation, and added "We're not making a federal case out of this....I'm not sure it rises -- no pun intended -- to that level," he said.
