Vigil held for victim in Duboce Triangle beating as life support is turned off 

Hundreds gathered at Duboce Park Wednesday, August 13 at 3 p.m. to hold a vigil celebrating the life of Bryan Higgins, the 31-year-old man found unconscious in Duboce Park early Sunday morning. Higgins was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where he has been on life support. His family decided to remove him from life support August 13 at 3:33 p.m. during the time his vigil was being held.
