A good Samaritan helped cops catch a laptop thief on Friday, police said.
The Samaritan saw a 22-year-old man enter a residence in the 200 block of Dolores Street around 12:30 a.m. and called the police, cops said.
Once inside, the burglar snatched a 37-year-old woman’s laptop while she was asleep, police said.
The thief fled the scene but was later taken into custody, cops said.
