Silent fright: Do they know it’s Christmas crime at all? 

Ho, ho, no! Violent thugs and crooks did not take the holiday weekend off.

Unit block of Higuera Avenue
Between 7 p.m. Friday and 3:30 a.m. Saturday

A 33-year-old man returned home and founds someone had been there — and it wasn’t Saint Nick! This unknown intruder didn’t leave gifts but instead stole a laptop that belonged to the victim’s roommate. His roommates were asleep and no one heard or saw the suspect.

Fifth and Mission streets
8:15 p.m. Saturday

A 19-year-old woman was robbed of her cellphone while riding Muni, cops said. The victim was texting on her phone when the unknown male suspect walked up the aisle, grabbed the phone and fled the bus in an unknown direction.

3100 block of 26th Street
8:30 p.m. Saturday

A 25-year-old man was stabbed in the back, police said. The victim was walking down the street when he was stabbed by an unknown suspect. He was treated at the hospital for his nonlife-threatening injuries.

Geneva Avenue and Mission Street
5 a.m. Sunday

A 22-year-old man was jumped by three thugs and slashed in the face with a knife, cops said.
