Writer Dan Harmon is finally back to writing “Community,” the quirky show he created and then got booted from. But, according to The Hollywood Reporter, he’s not pulling any punches about the whole situation.
Harmon lays the blame with the network that decided to “flush” the writers because they had “too much leverage, too much power, too much salary.” If producers seemed to think that it would be easy to replace the main writer who was responsible for the success of the show they were wrong, because the show started to suck.
“They want to think about writing the way they think about the guy on assembly line 24 that puts the final screw in the f*****g PlayStation,” he said. Hopefully Harmon can get the show back on track.
