Sugar castle: Westin St. Francis pastry chef Jean-Francois Houdre unveils his 15-foot rotating holiday sugar castle, which resembles a French chateau and weighs more than 1,200 pounds. [10 a.m., Westin St. Francis hotel, 335 Powell St., S.F.]
