Scarlett Johansson’s rep has shot down rumors that the recently divorced actress is dating Sean Penn. So we’re sure that during the starlet and the actor’s getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, they were discussing humanitarian work as they sipped their margaritas.
The duo flew out on a private jet Tuesday morning and were back in Los Angeles the next day so ScarJo could work on a film shoot. They were spotted dining at a Cuban restaurant where, People magazine reports, Scarlett had her leg draped over Sean.
Popeater reports that the 26-year-old “Lost in Translation” star is smitten with the 50-year-old Oscar winner. “If she didn’t have to return to work she would still be with him,” says a source. “She doesn’t care about the age difference. In fact that’s what makes him so attractive.”
Meanwhile, Ryan Reynolds, who filed for divorce from Scarlett in December, doesn’t seem to be lonely. The actor was sighted in South Africa, where he’s shooting a film, with stunning blonde German model Agnes Fischer — who was photographed with her hand on his much-admired derriere.
Guess the secret to getting over a breakup is to be young, famous and gorgeous!
Lindsay Lohan is prepared to take a major gamble in court, according to TMZ sources.
Though the starlet’s lawyer is negotiating with prosecutors to reach a plea deal in her felony theft case, LiLo is insistent that she did not steal a necklace from a ritzy L.A. boutique — and refuses to accept any deal that involves jail time.
The beleaguered “Mean Girls” star believes the store’s surveillance camera footage will clear her name, and she is reportedly willing to go to trial to prove it.
But that could backfire — if she’s found guilty, Lindsay could go to jail for a lot longer than the three to six months that are reportedly on the table in the plea bargain.
However, there’s one factor that could work in her favor: The store she’s accused of stealing the necklace from has reportedly sold the surveillance footage of the incident for $35,000. If her case goes to trial, TMZ notes, their decision to cash in on the video might tarnish the store owners’ credibility. Stay tuned.
Charlie Sheen may or may not be “winning” — but there’s no doubt he’s getting attention. Over the weekend, the actor and newly minted Twitter phenom debuted his online show, “Sheen’s Korner,” which features, not surprisingly, a whole lot of ranting.
The “Two and a Half Men” star — who briefly split with one of his girlfriends, or “goddesses,” Saturday before welcoming her back eight hours later — also unveiled a wrist tattoo with his “winning” catchphrase. (Er ... catch-word?)
Meanwhile, as Charlie’s out-of-control antics continued to entertain and worry the world, his lawyers were working overtime to hammer out a custody agreement for twin sons Bob and Max with ex-wife Brooke Mueller, TMZ reports.
One alleged sticking point: whether a monitor should be present while Charlie spends time with the boys. We’re thinking that might not be a bad idea.
