Well, that was fast! Although they have yet to officially come out as a couple, Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn are reportedly already shacking up. Evidently, the actress realized there was no point in dodging paparazzi — or paying the bill — at Chateau Marmont, the haute Hollywood hotel where she’s been staying during a film shoot.
The “Lost in Translation” star “has essentially moved” into the actor’s Malibu mansion “over the last few weeks,” a source told Us magazine.
And after weeks of being spotted in public on dates, ScarJo and, er, SePe mostly “just stay home” these days.
Well, it may save her some cash, but is this a little too much too soon for a new relationship?
Kim Kardashian is ready to be a bride! Although we’re not really sure if the socialite is that smitten with New York Nets player Kris Humphries, her beau of just five months, or simply obsessed with planning lavish nuptials.
“I’ve envisioned the whole thing,” the sexy reality TV star told Life&Style magazine. “I can’t wait to get married. I’ve found my wedding dress — I mean, I already know what my gown is going to look like. I’ve thought about it all for so long. What woman hasn’t thought about her wedding since she was a little girl?”
Kim is said to be planning a jaunt to Paris to find a Chanel couture gown.
“She wants a white strapless floor-length gown that’s traditional but sexy and makes her feel like a princess,” a pal said. (When does she not feel like a princess?)
And Kim reportedly wants jeweler Lorraine Schwartz to “design me a big diamond ring.”
“[Kim’s] idol is Elizabeth Taylor, who was a good friend of Lorraine’s, so she wants to take inspiration from one of Elizabeth’s prized possessions: her famous cushion-cut Krupp diamond,” the pal said. “Kim’s been talking to Lorraine about it a lot lately.”
And her dreams go past the wedding to starting a family.
“I think I’ll name my kids with K’s to keep [both families’] tradition going,” says Kim, who naturally would name a son Kris Jr. “I want a big family. Three to five kids!”
Catherine gets help
Worn down by the stress of husband Michael Douglas’ cancer treatment, Catherine Zeta-Jones checked in to an unnamed facility to manage bipolar disorder.
“After dealing with the stress of the past year, Catherine made the decision to check in to a mental health facility for a brief stay to treat her bipolar II disorder,” her rep announced Wednesday. “She’s feeling great and looking forward to starting work this week on her two upcoming films.”
A friend told People magazine the actress spent about five days at in-patient treatment.
“There’s no question it’s been a stressful year,” the friend said. “Catherine has had to deal with Michael’s illness and that’s been hard. She went in for a few days because she’s about to start working and wanted to make sure she’s in top form, which she is.”
We’re happy to hear that Catherine sought the help she needed, and we commend her for going public about her disorder.
