Young is charged with human trafficking, pandering, pimping, conspiracy and participating in a criminal street gang, police said. Ogbuagu is charged with participating in a criminal street gang, conspiracy and an outstanding felony warrant.

The police department’s Special Victims Unit, along with Richmond station and the FBI conducted the sting, police said.
