A man was arrested on suspicion of threatening to “bust a cap” into his brother at their Bayview district home Christmas Day after arguing about their mother’s eyeglasses, police said.

At noon, officers responded to the 1400 block of Quesada Avenue on a disturbance call. The suspect had reportedly taken his mother’s prescription glasses and refused to return them. Then when the suspect’s brother tried to intervene, the suspect threatened to shoot him, police said.
