Samaritans tackle cell phone thief 

Two good Samaritans helped foil a cell phone robbery Sunday at Fifth and Market streets, cops said.

A 17-year-old teenaged boy shoved a 22-year-old man, then tried to swipe his cell phone around 4:15 p.m., police said.

Two witnesses tackled the teen. Cops were called and the teen was arrested, police said.
