Raj Sanghera named The City's 29th postmaster

The longtime U.S. Postal Service worker was sworn in as San Francisco’s 29th postmaster. Sanghera, who was appointed to the position earlier this year, also is co-chair of The City’s Postal Customer Council. She began her career with the USPS as a letter carrier in San Jose. Sanghera is responsible mail delivery to nearly 400,000 residential and business customers.
