Quake shakes rural Northern California, no damage 

A magnitude-3.9 earthquake has struck Mendocino County in Northern California.

The U.S. Geological Survey says in a computer generated report that Tuesday's 4:11 a.m. quake was centered 30 miles east-southeast of Ukiah in the rural Clearlake Oaks area, some 70 miles west-northwest of Sacramento.

A police dispatcher in Ukiah says there have been no reports of damage or injury. The dispatcher says she didn't feel the quake.
