A man was shot inside a corner store at 23rd and Arkansas streets in Potrero Hill on Wednesday night, the second shooting at that intersection in a week.

The latest incident reportedly occurred about 6:55 p.m. when a man in his 20s who was inside the store heard gunshots and dove to the ground, according to police. The man then noticed he was shot and was driven to San Francisco General Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

On Sept. 20, 24-year-old Jimmy Chandler was fatally shot at that same intersection while he was inside a car, police said. A woman who was also inside the car suffered gunshot wounds to the arm and leg and is recovering.

No arrests have been reported in connection with either shooting.
