South City
Second home:
At 8:43 a.m. Wednesday, a caller reported that a man was living out of his car in a driveway on Morningside Avenue. A tarp was over the vehicle. Police would be able to tell whether the man is there if a motorcycle was at the residence.

Dog problem: At 10:14 a.m. Wednesday, four loose dogs were spotted in the easement behind a house on Shasta Court, which the reporting party said has been an ongoing problem. The dogs were barking and one attacked neighbors earlier in the day, the person said. They didn’t know whether the dogs live in the area.
