Outsourced Indian visa company angers crowd 

An angry group of people seeking visas gathered this morning at the doors of Cox & King Global Services Ltd., the Indian visa and passport-related services company on Bush Street, as computer problems and issues with their website delayed services to scores of folks trying to wade through the application process. For the third time in as many years the efforts of the Indian Consulate to outsource the visa application process has fallen on what appears to be incompetent hands, according to several visa seekers standing in front of locked doors at the one place they can obtain the proper documentation to travel to India.
