Oakland police identify 14-year-old boy as suspect in sexual assaults, robberies 

Oakland police are looking for a 14-year-old boy who is suspected of committing two sexual assaults and robberies over the past week.

Brionn Glasper has been described as an African American male, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police say Glasper is a suspect in two sexual assaults and robberies that took place on Jan. 6 and 12.

In the first attack on Jan. 6, a 28-year-old woman walking on the 1200 block of Market Street around 10 p.m. was approached by a person who simulated a firearm and demanded her wallet. The suspect then forced her to an isolated area, where he sexually assaulted her.

The second attack occurred on Jan. 12 on the 600 block of 11th Street around 9:15 p.m. A 28-year0old woman was approached by a stranger riding a bicycle who simulated a handgun and demanded her purse. The suspect again forced her to an isolated area, where he sexually assaulted her.

Police have said they believe Glasper is armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Youth and Family Services Division at (510) 238-3641.
