A Grinch ruined Christmas for at least one San Francisco family on Friday.
A Noe Valley residence was burglarized early Friday morning and a woman woke up to find her Christmas presents had been stolen from her garage, police said.
The incident likely occurred around 1:15 a.m., according to police, in the 400 block of Elizabeth Street.
The 41-year-old victim had reportedly left her car door unlocked while parked in the driveway, police said. The burglar got the garage door opener from the car and opened up the garage to grab the goods.
Besides the Christmas presents the crook also stole a bicycle and the garage door opener.
No suspect information was available Monday and no arrest has been made.
