New-restaurant legislation going before supes 

Legislation that would allow restaurants to open along 24th Street if they obtain a conditional-use permit goes before the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday.

Last week, Supervisor Bevan Dufty's legislation was passed by the Land Use and Economic Development Committee. Currently, a moratorium is in place for new restaurants. The Planning Commission supports the change.
