Nervous fellow packing nunchakus

Here’s your daily slice of San Francisco.

A man armed with nunchakus was arrested after cops spotted him jaywalking and acting crazily in the Tenderloin on Sept. 14, police said.

As he crossed at the intersection of Post and Larkin streets, the loon was “very animated in his gestures, swinging his arms with an exaggerated motion from side-to-side as he walked and looked around nervously,” police said.

He wasn’t clutching to his nunchakus at the time — they were stashed under his shirt, cops said. Police figured: Probably drugs.

A search of the suspect turned up the nunchakus, police said.

The suspect “could not explain why he had them,” police said.

He was arrested for possession of a concealed deadly weapon, they said.
