A San Francisco mom is accused of guzzling vodka while watching "The Smurfs" at a Daly City movie theater with her 4-year-old daughter, then crashing her car three times while leaving the cinema, authorities said.

Sarah Thomison Boushey, 42, failed to appear at her scheduled arraignment Wednesday in connection with the Aug. 19 incident, which will likely lead to a warrant for her arrest, according to San Mateo County prosecutors.

On Aug. 19, a witness reportedly saw Boushey sideswipe two cars and then strike a cement median at the exit booth of The Century Theaters on Junipero Serra Boulevard.

He approached her car and tried to speak with her but she seemed incoherent, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said.

Daly City police arrived and said Boushey did not respond when they asked her name. Her daughter told cops her mother's name is "Sarah" and then revealed that her mother was drunk, Wagstaffe said.

The cops said they found a vodka bottle in Boushey’s purse. Her blood alcohol level tested at .35, Wagstaffe said.

Boushey is out of custody on her own recognizance, Wagstaffe said.
