Morning Examiner: My, my, Congressman, what strong arms you have! 

- Rep. Chris Lee, R-N.Y., has resigned after allegations of trolling for women on Craigslist, including sending a shirtless picture of himself. Looks like the White House banned shirtless photos of Obama just in time.

- According to J. Christian Adams, the Department of Justice will only reply to Freedom of Information requests from liberals or politically connected organization, not conservatives. Most transparent administration ever!

- Government employees to citizens: If you don't like it, sue us.

- White House transcript: "King Abdullah, hi! Thanks for this call." "So, like, I was thinking that, like, it would be awful if we let Hosni Mubarak get embarrassed." "Oh, no no. We would never allow that."

- House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer, D-Md., on Republican budget cuts: "There's a lot of message there, just not a lot of substance." At this point, we'll take "lots of message."
