As the one year anniversary of his disappearance approaches, a walk has been organized to retrace Sidi's "last route." The walk is intended to reinvigorate interest in Sidi's case.
The walk will begin at French American International High School, on Saturday, May 17, at 12:30 p.m., which Sidi attended from kindergarten through 12th grade and is the last location he was seen.
The group will then proceed up Oak Street to Golden Gate Park. Sidi called his father from the park before he vanished. While in route, the group will hand out T-shirts printed with a missing-person flier of Sidi.
Despite several searches and the distribution of more than 50,000 fliers, Sidi has not been found. He has not had any cell phone activity since his phone call to his father last year. He is considered at risk due to a traumatic brain injury he suffered in the months before his disappearance.
