A 29-year-old man was beaten and robbed of his cellphone, wallet and bicycle as he waited for the bus near the Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center on Geary Boulevard, police said.
The attack was reported at about 2:35 a.m. at a bus stop near the Baker Street intersection. Four thugs described as men in their 20s reportedly punched and kicked the man numerous times before snatching all his belongings and running off.
When officers arrived, they could not locate any suspects, police said, and the victim was treated for minor injuries including facial bruising.
