Man stabbed near Fisherman’s Wharf 

A man was stabbed during an altercation near Fisherman's Wharf on Tuesday, police said.

The incident occurred in the 100 block of Jefferson Street about 7:43 p.m.

The 40-year-old suspect in the stabbing accused the 24-year-old victim of stealing his property, police said, and a physical altercation ensued.

The suspect then pulled out the knife and stabbed the victim before fleeing in an unknown direction.

The victim was taken to the hospital for his injury, which was reportedly, not life-threatening. No arrest has been made.
