About 11:25 p.m., police responded to a call of shots fired via the ShotSpotter system near La Salle Avenue and Las Villas Court. They found a 30-year-old man dead from a gunshot wound.
Another shooting Sunday happened on La Salle Avenue as well.
In that incident, 37-year-old San Francisco resident Antonio Cortez was shot and killed. Another victim was shot but is expected to survive.
Cortez's death was one of two homicides that occurred over the Fourth of July weekend, and two more happened Monday morning.
On Friday, 49-year-old San Francisco resident Wesley Willis was shot while sitting in his car on Harbor Road in the Bayview. Willis later died at the hospital.
Early Monday morning, 24-year-old San Francisco resident Willy Caine Jr. was shot and killed in Sunnydale in the first block of Brookdale Avenue.
Later that morning, 30-year-old San Francisco resident Keith Zinn was shot in the Bayview at Ironwood Way and Catalina Street. Zinn also later died at the hospital.
On Tuesday, police announced the arrest of two brothers in connection with the shootings of Caine and Zinn.
Kenyon Norbert, 22, and Kishawn Norbert, 21, both of San Francisco, were arrested early Tuesday morning on Third Street in the Bayview.
They were both charged with two counts of murder and probation and parole violations.
Officer Albie Esparza said Tuesday's shooting was neither gang-related nor connected to the other recent homicides.
There have been 19 homicides in San Francisco this year.
