Man knocked out, stabbed near San Francisco Civic Center

A man was knocked out and stabbed near the Civic Center on Wednesday, police said.

The 35-year-old victim was reportedly punched and fell unconscious in the 600 block of
Larkin Street about 8:30 p.m., police said. When he woke up, he was stabbed in the leg.

He was taken to the hospital and treated for his injuries, which were not life threatening.

The victim was uncooperative with police and the only description made available from
the police was that his attacker was a white man.

No arrest has been made.
