Would you like fries with that violent outburst?

A fast food employee was attacked by a brutish thug in the Bayview last weekend, police said.

The 25-year-old victim was working the drive-thru window about 12:50 a.m. Saturday when the suspect in the attack pulled up.

The victim asked the suspect how he could help him and the suspect, rather than ordering a burger or a milkshake, said he wanted to beat the victim up, police said.

The victim asked what the suspect's problem was and the suspect got out of his car and jumped through the drive-thru window.

Once inside the establishment, the suspect began kicking the victim until other employees in the restaurant intervened, police said. The suspect jumped back out the drive-thru window into his car and drove away.

The employee did not report that attack right away. Police were contacted on Tuesday and saw that the attack was caught on surveillance video.

The incident is under investigation.
