Last month, I made a three-city trip between San Francisco, New York and Washington — all using Limos.com for my ground transportation needs.
First, I booked all my limo needs about 24 hours before leaving. The application couldn’t be simpler. The company’s search engine then provides choices with rider ratings. Based partly on top-rider ratings, I chose a local provider — My Shofer — to transport me to SFO. The cost of the journey was a little more than a cab; one-way Lincoln Town Car service ran $64.
The few extra dollars were well worth it. When I call a taxi, I have to hold for a dispatcher and then hope that my taxi arrives on time.
