Suri Cruise has been spotted once again by celebrity, this time Jada Pinkett Smith. The actress tells People magazine that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ daughter is "gorgeous" and that she and her husband, Will Smith, have visited Suri twice, both times at TomKat’s Beverly Hills mansion.
The little TomKitten has been absent from the public eye since being born on April 18 but it appears TomKat has allowed a few of their close buddies to check out the wee one before anyone else is given the opportunity — namely the paparazzi.
"She’s beautiful and they’re very happy and they need to be left alone," Pinkett Smith says. "She’s the cutest little baby. She’s got a head full of black, beautiful hair." Pinkett Smith also reports TomKat is doing excellent as well, and that Holmes is "a great mom and she’s loving every single second of it." Yeah, but was she given a choice?
Looks like the hottest trend in Hollywood is still the same as it ever was — divorce. If it wasn’t obvious already, David Hasselhoff is someone you do not want to mess with, even if you’re his wife. So, after Pamela Bach’s lies and horrible, horrible statements about The Hoff were made public, the main man is kicking her to the curb.
Bach accused The Hoff of domestic abuse and obtained a restraining order against him in March after the two had already separated. The Hoff, of course, denies the allegations. Now that he’s once again the top priority in Hollywood, The Hoff is making his divorce final and is seeking joint custody of their two children. We think it’s time for a little evil Hasselhoff, circa the 1980s "Knight Rider" days.
Come on, you didn’t think that’s all we got with The Hoff, did you? Just a few minutes after news of the divorce came out, The Sun reported The Hoff was viewed as "too drunk to fly" on a British Airways flight. Previously during The Hoff week, we reported the TV lifeguard said he had given up the booze after being portrayed in a bad light by the media and allegedly getting kicked out of a high-profile club for being drunk at Wimbledon.
Witnesses told The Sun that The Hoff downed a few bottles of beer and shots of whiskey at the first-class lounge before being ruled unfit to board the plane. We don’t buy it, however, as Hasselhoff says he was under prescription meds for his injured hand and became ill before the flight. If The Hoff says his bumbling, fumbling, stumbling and slurring was all from prescription meds, who are we to question him?!
Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Eddie Van Halen is coupling with pornography director Michael Ninn to write and perform two songs for a new Ninn "feature" called "Sacred Sin," according to the New York Post. Apparently, finding a new singer for Van Halen is harder than expected and guitarist Eddie obviously needs some quick cash.
The songs will be called, uh, "Rise" and "Catherine," a remix of another song already used in another one of Ninn’s "motion pictures." No worries, however. Eddie could care less about being criticized for penning porn themes. "I’m working with a friend — very simple. I like his work. Michael Ninn is like Spielberg to me: The imagery, the way he makes things look, just sensual," he said. The prosecution rests, your honor.
Maybe everyone has misjudged Kevin "K-Fed" Federline. The pool boy who was recently axed by Britney Spears says he got the boot from his underling job for making nice with K-Fed while working.
"[Britney] came out screaming at Kevin for lying around, then looked at me like I was to blame," pool boy Jon LaLane tells In Touch Weekly. LaLane, the son of famed exercise guru Jack LaLane obviously doesn’t share his father’s ambitions because he, well, cleans pools, says Spears has K-Fed on a leash. "She fires everybody," he says. "I just didn’t expect her to be so mean. She’s not the nice person everyone thinks she is."
Sonia Mansfield is on vacation.
