Mayor Gavin Newsom on Wednesday announced his latest nomination to the San Francisco Police Commission — Carol M. Kingsley.
She is an attorney mediator with more than 25 years of experience, specializing in the areas of business disputes, real estate/construction and estate/trust conflicts, according to the mayor’s office. She also twice served as chair of the San Francisco Ethics Commission.
“Carol Kingsley’s extraordinary experience in the law, ethics, conflict resolution and community service will be tremendous assets to the Police Commission,” Newsom said. “I’m proud to nominate her and grateful for her willingness to serve on the Commission and work with Chief Gascón to protect our city’s public safety.”
