Justin Bieber’s career is taking a nosedive

This is it, folks, the precise time that Justin Bieber’s career begins its descent. Most pop stars can get away with just about anything and remain on top, but once your on-stage performance starts to wane it’s generally the beginning of the end (until you reinvent yourself, a la Britney Spears).

Reviews of his latest show in New Jersey have been brutal, with The Huffington Post calling him out for being “lazy” and “sluggish.” His lip-synching and his dancing also apparently are a few beats behind the actual song. What we have here, basically, is 1½ hours into the biopic of his life, after all the alleged spitting, partying, shoving and whizzing from a protagonist who thinks he’s immortal begins to wear down his squeaky-clean image.
