Rep. James Clyburn, the House Democratic whip, was asked on "Meet the Press" this morning whether Democrats have the votes to pass Obamacare. "No, we don't have them as of this morning," Clyburn answered. Clyburn said Democratic leaders have been searching for a way to move forward, "and I think we've gotten to the place where we do have the way to do it, and I think the members are going to vote for this." In the end, Clyburn says, "I am…very confident that we'll get this done." But with 252 Democrats in the House, the party whip still doesn't have the 216 votes require for passage.
