Sure, you’ve enjoyed the sights and sounds of all things “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,” yet there’s still a hole in your life. Wouldn’t it be fantastic to also smell your way through an episode?
TLC is tackling this idea head-on in July by unveiling what it calls “Watch ‘n Sniff.”
Magazine inserts containing numbered scents that correspond to various scenes will be distributed through People and Us Weekly so folks can experience the wonders of the Thompson clan first-hand (first-nose?).
The event “will treat viewers’ senses to the diverse and fragrant smells found in rural McIntyre, GA,” reads the news release.
It makes perfect sense that a show that introduced a term like “neck crust” and regularly features farting, road kill and Sugar Bear’s butt crack would adopt smell-o-vision for total immersion.
