  • 'Girls Gone Wild' founder Joe Francis celebrates Scott Disick's 30th birthday at Hyde Bellagio at the Bellagio over Memorial Day weekend on May 26, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“Girls Gone Wild” creator and real-life villain from a Lifetime movie Joe Francis has been sentenced to 270 days in jail for false imprisonment and “choke-slamming” a woman onto the floor.

You might remember that back in May he called the jury that convicted him “retarded” and suggested that they should be “lined up and shot.” Ever defiant in the face of all that is right, Francis is now saying the whole thing is “ridiculous” and “absurd” -- which is a more evolved way of calling it the r-word, so he appears to be growing spiritually, right?

TMZ says he is appealing the sentence and won’t have to turn himself in until the judge’s ruling, which could take up to four years. Grrreat.

The good news is that the chances of this guy staying out of trouble that whole time are about as low as the average IQ of anyone who bought his videos.
