Gavin Newsom’s San Francisco home may already have buyer

Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom’s home in Ashbury Heights neighborhood of The City may already have a buyer, according to real estate listings.

The 3,051-square-foot home on Masonic Avenue was first occupied by the Newsoms in June 2009. The couple purchased it for it for $2.73 million.

The home, originally built in 1915 and features four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, was put on the market July 7. According to Redfin.com, a public real estate website, the home is now listed as “pending.” The home was listed at $2.75 million.

The couple has recently said, however, they want more room for their growing family. The couple reportedly moved into Jennifer Seibel’s family estate in Ross, Calif., located in Marin County. The couple said then the move was “temporary.”

The Newsom’s have a growing family and recently welcomed a baby boy, Hunter, in June.
