You’re getting older, your memory’s a little rusty and you’re looking for killer ways to make Mondays unforgettable.
The public library is hooking you up with free mental aerobics classes through its Wise Up! program with a teacher who’s been in the biz for more than 20 years.
She’s from the Older Adults Department of City College and teaches classes designed for adults 55 or older but has said it’s cool if you’re younger, too.
Her mental aerobics classes start on January 25 at 1:30 p.m. and will be held every Monday through May 24 at the Main Library.
