1957 and 1963 Eucalyptus Ave., San Carlos

For years, residents on the 1900 block of Eucalyptus Avenue have been coming together to light up their street, but resident Denise Newman says that in the last decade, it has escalated. There are so many lights on the street that the city of San Carlos blocks off part of their street to allow only one-way traffic."It’s great, so we have tons of people walking the street, driving down it, people even come by earlier in the month to see it happening," Newman said.

Don’t Miss: Residents are bringing snow onto the street as early as next weekend.
