Donald Berwick's favorite health system makes patients wait 13 weeks for doctor's visit 

Americans will never accept agovernment-run health care system because they would never put up with this.

More than 54,000 people in Northern Ireland were waiting more than nine weeks for their first outpatient appointment, it has been revealed.

More than 37,000 were on the list for at least 13 weeks at the end of December, according to a report from the Department of Health.

This is the same National Health Service that Donald Berwick, Obama's appointed (but never confirmed) Medicare boss, has repeatedly praised.
