“If scientists think they can clone mammoths,” he tells the New York Post, “then John Lennon could be next.”
All moral and ethical implications aside, we can’t help but think that the musician would be pretty pissed off to be resuscitated. “This isn’t what I bloody well meant when I wrote ‘Imagine,’” he would say in his best Liverpudlian accent. However, resurrecting him would perhaps truly make him “bigger than Jesus,” so there’s that.
