Dennis Rodman is back in North Korea just “to have a good time,” according to The Associated Press.
The dictatorship had just turned down a visit from a U.S. envoy to try to free an American missionary jailed there, but the NBA star has been met with open arms. Maybe Rodman can get an answer as to why Kim Jong Un just had an ex-mistress killed by a firing squad. Nah.
It seems the only “shooting” Rodman’s interested in discussing is the creation of a basketball league. “I am just going as a friendly gesture,” he said.
This is the second visit he’s had to the autocracy; the first one was documented by “Vice” on HBO.
