Creepy Casanova is guilty on child porn charges

His idea of kinky was downright criminal.

In September, 36-year-old Jason Neil Judkins of Dublin reportedly began a "sexting" relationship with a police dispatcher he met at the Colma Police Station.

At the time, prosecutors said, Judkins was a consultant assisting city departments with computer needs.

But what started out as a sexual fantasy exchange between Judkins and the police dispatcher quickly became disturbing when Judkins informed her he was interested in children, according to prosecutors.

Judkins sent the dispatcher four child pornography images, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said. The dispatcher notified her supervisors and Judkins was arrested after an investigation.

On Tuesday, Judkins pleaded no contest to two felony counts of possession and distribution of child pornography, Wagstaffe said. He faces 16 months in prison when he is sentenced, which is scheduled for Aug. 30, the district attorney said.

Judkins has been out of custody on a $100,000 bail bond. While out on bail, he has been in "intensive therapy," his attorney said Wednesday.
