According to TMZ, the first place the man who popped the King of Pop went upon release from prison was In-N-Out Burger. Looking emaciated, he chomped away -- possibly fantasizing about his book tour.
He penned the book -- apparently about his time with Michael Jackson -- in the lockup. "We're told a big chunk of the Jackson story casts blame on others," says TMZ, "and justifies his conduct in the treatment that ultimately killed the singer."
