Chris Brown’s bodyguard is suing the New York City club that hosted his crew and the Drake posse during their infamous melee back in June. Patrick “Big Pat” Strickland, who looks like a gigantic wardrobe closet with feet, is trying to hold the club accountable for sitting the entourages too close together.
The New York Daily News reports that the seating situation created “a substantial and unjustifiable risk that a mass altercation would occur.” How about the fact that going anywhere with Chris Brown is a “substantial and unjustifiable risk?”
Strickland also claims that the Drake group was given too much alcohol and that a server delivered a note from Drake to Brown that said, “I’m f***ing the love of your life.”
Mass hysteria of course ensued, and Strickland received a head wound that required stitches, he alleges. He is suing for unspecified damages.
