CHP reports significant road damages after earthquake

The California Highway Patrol is reporting earthquake-related damage in four places this morning:

- state Highway 121 at state Highway 29

- state Highway 121 at Cuttings Wharf in Napa County

- Old Sonoma Road between Congress Valley Road and Buhman Avenue in Napa

- Petrified Forest Road at Saxton Road in Calistoga

Traffic control operations are in effect in the damaged locations, but all roads are open to the public, the CHP reports.

CHP officials are asking for the public's help in detecting additional damaged roads, particularly damage that could result in a crash.
