Celeb-split epidemic claims ‘Dexter’ stars

Christmas will be colder than usual in Hollywood this year — the celebrity breakups are coming fast and furious! Now, the “Dexter” costars who play brother and sister on the show have ended their marriage.

“Having been separated for some time, Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C. Hall have filed for divorce,” a joint statement for the spouses of almost exactly two years reads.

According to Access Hollywood, the announcement came as no surprise to show insiders who had witnessed tensions on set and even heard Jennifer vent about marriage problems. Now, it’s said the pair and their castmates are concerned tensions could affect their scenes next season.

Maybe it’s just us, but playing your ex’s sibling actually seems, if anything, slightly less creepy than playing your spouse’s sibling.

(Especially when one of said siblings is a serial killer.)

Sandy Claus?

Sandra Bullock just keeps on keeping it classy. Though the Oscar winner was betrayed and humiliated by now-ex-husband Jesse James’ cheating, she’s reportedly willing to spend some quality time with him this Christmas so that her son Louis can bond with his kinda-sorta siblings, Jesse’s three kids from previous marriages.

“Sandra is making plans for a Christmas reunion for Louis and her former stepkids, so they can spend time together and bond,” a source tells Hollywire. “And she’s agreed to allow Jesse to come, as well.”

The “Blind Side” star grew close to Jesse Jr., Chandler and Sunny during her five-year marriage to the celebiker. Son Louis was originally set to be adopted by both Sandra and Jesse, but the actress completed the proceedings as a single mom after revelations of her then-hubby’s infidelity.

Despite all that drama, “Sandra wants to make sure Louis grows up knowing Jesse’s children, so she is willing to put the past behind her for the sake of the kids,” explains the insider. “Sandra knows that having Jesse’s family in Louis’ life is good for him ... so she’s opening her home and her heart to the children, inviting them to visit at Christmastime.”

Wow — that is some true holiday spirit.

Meanie Miley?

Though she talked about being bullied in school in her memoir, Miley Cyrus has the story backward, says a childhood pal. The “Hannah Montana” star “is a liar who bullied girls and was a real [expletive] to everyone,” fumes alleged former BFF Nicole Mullen-Holm to Radar Online.

“Even though we were friends, she was still a brat,” declares the 18-year-old. “I knew her from the first grade and when she and I got to middle school, she just did a 180-degree turn in the wrong direction.”

“Miley became so mean, I remember her shouting at an overweight girl,” says Nicole of the future tween icon.

Despite her claims of being pushed around in autobiography “Miles to Go,” Nicole insists, “Miley was a cheerleader and was with the ‘in’ crowd. She was never bullied in elementary or middle school. If anyone even touched her it would have been the end of the world. Her dad would own the school!”

“Miley is a good girl at heart, but I’ve been seeing how she’s been partying and acting and she’s looking like Lindsay Lohan,” Nicole says.

Is this girl is telling the truth, or lying for publicity? We’d reckon the odds are about even.
