Can you hear me now? Doh!

Uh, hello officer.

A daring dolt discussed robbing a phone from someone at a Muni stop, not knowing a cop was listening a few feet away Sept. 29, police said.

The victim was riding in an unmarked police car around 3 p.m. when he spotted the man that robbed him. They pulled over to speak to the suspected robber, who had this to say:

“I don’t have your phone no more.”

Oops. That’s a police officer. And that’s a police car.

Once the dim bulb was lit, the crook took off running, ignoring the “Stop, we’re cops!” chants behind him, police said. The cops were faster.

At Buchannan Street near Golden Gate Avenue, “the suspect was tackled to the ground and taken into custody,” police said.

He was charged with robbery and resisting arrest. In terms of the theft, the victim was testing a friend, playing with an application and listening to music while he waited for the bus, police said.
